1. Who we are
Reach Global Digital ("RGD", "we", "us") is a performance marketing agency based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We operate this website at reachglobaldigital.com and deliver digital marketing, advertising, search, content and software services to clients.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") we are a Data Fiduciary in respect of the personal data we process. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
2. What we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and to deliver our services. The categories are:
Information you give us
When you request a free growth audit through our contact form, we collect the following directly from you:

Information collected automatically
Like most websites we collect limited technical data about how visitors use the site, including pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser type, device type, and referring pages. Where you have not opted out, we also use advertising and analytics cookies described in section 4.
Information from our clients
When we run campaigns for a client, we may receive their customer data. For example lead records, CRM exports or audience lists. In those engagements we act as aData Processor on the client's instructions, and the client's own privacy notice governs that data.
3. How we use your data
We rely on the following lawful bases under the DPDP Act:

Specifically, we use your information to deliver the free growth audit, respond to your enquiry, contact you about a potential engagement where you have asked us to, manage our business records, and. Where you have consented. Send you relevant marketing. We do not sell your personal data.
No data trading. We do not buy, sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not share your audit details with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Cookies and advertising technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies help us understand which pages are useful. Advertising cookies. Including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) and LinkedIn pixels. Are set only if you consent, and measure whether our campaigns lead to a visit or enquiry.
You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser, or via your browser's privacy settings. Because some vendors treat consent signals differently, we also run a consent check where advertising technology is used on this site.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who process it for us under a written agreement that limits them to our instructions, or where the law requires it. These providers may include:

- Analytics and advertising platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, where you have consented.
- Professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers.
- Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally compelled to disclose.
Some providers process data outside India. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, plus any period the law requires. Enquiries that do not become engagements are generally deleted or anonymised within 24 months. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for 8 years afterwards, in line with Indian tax and accounting record-keeping requirements. You can ask us to delete your data sooner where we are not required to keep it.
7. How we protect it
All data submitted through this site is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is restricted to staff who need it to do their job, and we use standard technical measures including access control and secure hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we discover a breach that affects your data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by the DPDP Act.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

- Correction and erasurehave inaccurate data corrected, or have your data erased when it is no longer needed.
- Withdraw consentfor any processing based on consent, at any time.
- Nominateask us to stop processing your data in the event of your death or incapacity.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@reachglobaldigital.com. We will verify your identity before acting and will respond within the period required by law. We do not charge for a reasonable request, though we may charge for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.
9. Raising a grievance
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, email us first and we will aim to resolve it promptly. Include enough detail for us to locate the relevant records. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India, whose contact details are published on its official website.
10. Children
Our services are aimed at businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always shows the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage.
